We adopt the lean process philosophy from the manufacturing industry and apply it to our production and management to deliver timely, practical, simple and eloquent solutions. R. Alex Giordano, PE
AEP was founded by R. Alex Giordano, PE. Alex received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in 1995 and a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics in 2004 also from NJIT. Alex has over a decade of experience in mechanical HVAC engineering design and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the states of New Jersey and New York.
Gerard O'Halloran, PE
Gerry has Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Science degree in Financial Management all from NJIT. Gerry is licensed as an Electrical Professional Engineer in the states of NJ and NY. Gerry has about a decade of experience in Solar Energy and Building Construction fields. Gerry has substantial experience and knowledge of solar utility metering and state and federal sponsored incentives for solar installations.
Eric is a very bright and enthusiastic young professional with several years of diverse mechanical engineering experience. Eric is certified as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) and is actively pursuing PE certification. Eric graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering from the Albert Dorman Honors College at NJIT. Eric comes from an industrial and manufacturing engineering background. His training and experience in these fields has provided him with valuable perspectives, skills and production techniques that are directly applicable to and a welcome asset to building MEP design.
Gianni has Over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering for buildings. Gianni is highly proficient in electrical engineering, electrical systems assessment reports, utility company load letters, field surveying of existing conditions, electrical calculations, coordination with mechanical, plumbing, and understanding the architectural trade. Gianni’s professional achievements include the engineering, designing, and drafting of thousands of projects from residential buildings, banks, cellular telecommunication sites, retail and commercial spaces, educational facilities and tenant fit-outs.
Sachin is a very bright and enthusiastic young professional with several years of Plumbing, Fire Protection and Mechanical engineering experience. Sachin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University School of Engineering. Sachin is certified as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) and is actively pursuing PE certification.
